HOW ONE MONDAY MORNING CHANGED MY YEAR

For years, my Mondays have started the same way. I roll out the bed and skim through the requests from you and the other Legends in my Youtube comments on the next track I should TMix. Then I end up in the booth. No hair no makeup, no plan. That’s the Morning Exercise. One of those mornings, I picked up Young Miami’s “Spend Dat” and just went in. I posted it on IG and went on about my day.

Then India.Arie reposted it. Then Mo’Nique shared it and told her people to come support me. Then Samuel L. Jackson and Queen Latifah followed me and my phone didn’t stop for weeks, and by the time it settled I had over 200,000 new followers.

i want to write more about it but because that freestyle opened doors I’m still walking through but my recent sit down with Willie D goes more in depth
